However, we understand that there may be situations where clients may need to cancel their order or request a refund. In such cases, our Terms & Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Terms & Conditions:
- Upon initiating any service or package by submitting token money, the full payment must be made within 10 days from the date of token money payment.
- If services or packages are commenced with token money, and the client fails to make the remaining payment within 10 days, the token money will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- In the event that the customer is unable to make the remaining payment within 10 days of paying the token money and wishes to extend the validity of the token money beyond 10 days, an extension fee of Rs. 100/- per day can be paid to increase the validity.
- If the customer fails to make the remaining payment within 10 days of paying the token money and also neglects to pay any extension fee within 24 hours after the 10-day token money payment date, the token money will be canceled without any refund.
- If the customer is unable to make the remaining payment within 10 days of paying the token money and chooses to extend the validity of the token money, the extension can only be granted for a maximum period of 30 days.
- If the customer increases the token money validity from 10 days to 30 days by paying the extension fee but still fails to make the remaining payment, both the token money and any extension fee paid will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- Any discounts granted to the customer are applicable only for the first time or first month of service.
- The trial package does not qualify for any discounts or refunds.
- The completion date of registration will be considered the date on which the payment is successfully completed.
- If the client is unable to avail of the services due to personal reasons, the company holds no responsibility in such cases.
Note: These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of India.
Cancellation Policy:
- Clients can cancel their services within 24 hours of payment paid for it, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total paid amount will be charged.
- If the client wishes to cancel the services after 24 hours of payment paid for it, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total paid amount will be charged.
- If the client cancels the services after the start date of the services, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total paid amount.
- Once the services are completed, they cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy:
- If the client is not satisfied with the service provided by PaperQuit, they can request a refund within 10 days of the service's starting date.
- The refund will be processed only if the client provides a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
- Clients who feel that they have been ripped off or misrepresented should attach proof in their mail
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining work on the services and the level of dissatisfaction expressed by the client.
- The refund amount will not exceed 50% of the total paid amount.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request from the client.
Important Note:
- All refund and cancellation requests should be made in writing via email to PaperQuit.
- Any refund or cancellation request made after 10 days of the service's starting date will not be entertained.
- In case of any dispute arising from refund or cancellation, it will be resolved through mutual discussion and agreement.
- This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this policy periodically.
Indian Law and Order:
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant laws and regulations applicable in India.
